Purchase Order Lending is a referral service operated by Gaviotas Service Group LLC. Here’s exactly what we do, how we’re paid, and what that means for you.

We are a referral service, not a lender

We are not a lender, broker of record, or financial advisor, and we do not make credit decisions. We connect businesses with independent, third-party funding companies (“funding partners”) that may be able to help with purchase order financing, invoice factoring, or working capital.

How we are paid

Funding partners may pay us compensation when a referral results in funding. We don’t charge you for using the site or for a referral. Any compensation we receive from a funding partner does not change the terms offered to you.

Terms, rates, and approval come from the funding partner

Each funding partner sets its own terms, rates, fees, and approval decisions. Any financing agreement is solely between you and the funding partner. You are never obligated to accept an offer.

No guarantee of funding

Submitting your information does not guarantee that any funding partner will approve or fund your request.

Your credit

Submitting our qualifier form does not affect your credit score. Individual funding partners may run their own checks later in their process, and they’ll tell you before they do.

Funding partners are independent

Funding partners are independent third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their products, terms, conduct, or privacy practices.

How we share your information

When you submit the qualifier form, we share the information you provide with one or more funding partners so they can evaluate and contact you. Under California law this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out of sharing, and we honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal.
