Purchase Order Lending is a referral service operated by Paclantic Ventures LLC. Here’s exactly what we do, how we’re paid, and what that means for you.
We are a referral service, not a lender
We are not a lender, funder, or financial advisor. We do not make credit decisions, set rates or terms, or negotiate on your behalf, and submitting your information is not an application for financing. We refer funding requests to independent, third-party funding companies (“funding partners”) when one may be able to help with purchase order financing, invoice factoring, or working capital.
How we are paid
We don’t charge you for using the site or for a referral. Funding partners may pay us a referral fee when a referral results in funding, and the fee can vary by partner and product. Because fees differ, we may earn more from some referrals than others. We don’t set partners’ rates or terms, and a partner’s pricing may reflect its costs, including any fee it pays us. We can refer requests only to funding companies we have an agreement with, not to every funding company in the market, so compare any offer on its own terms.
Terms, rates, and approval come from the funding partner
Each funding partner sets its own terms, rates, fees, and approval decisions. Any financing agreement is solely between you and the funding partner. You are never obligated to accept an offer.
No guarantee of funding
Submitting your information does not guarantee that any funding partner will approve or fund your request.
Your credit
Submitting our form doesn’t affect your credit. If you apply with a funding partner, it may check your business or personal credit as part of its own process.
Funding partners are independent
Funding partners are independent third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their products, terms, conduct, or privacy practices.
No advice
Content on this site, including our financing guides, is general information, not legal, tax, or financial advice. Evaluate any financing offer independently and consult your own advisors.
How we share your information
When you submit our funding request form, we review it. If one or more funding partners may be able to help, we share the information you provide with them so they can evaluate your request and contact you. Under California law this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, and we honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
