Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. Here’s what that means on this site, and how to make a request.
What we share, and why
When you submit our qualifier form, we share the information you provide with one or more independent funding partners so they can evaluate and contact you about financing. We receive compensation from these partners when a referral results in funded business. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.
What opting out means for you
If you opt out, we will not share your information with funding partners going forward. That means we will not be able to complete a referral for you. You can still contact us with general questions.
How to opt out
Email us with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” Include the email address you used on our forms, and your phone number if you gave one, so we can find your information. The button below starts that email for you.
Or write to support@gaviotasgroup.com directly. We will act on your request and respond within the time required by law. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
Global Privacy Control
We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, a browser setting that tells websites you opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. When your browser sends it, we don’t load analytics on this site, and anything you submit through our forms is marked as an opt-out, so we won’t share it with funding partners. You don’t need to email us as well.
