By using purchaseorderlending.com (the “Site”), operated by Paclantic Ventures LLC, doing business as Purchase Order Lending (“we,” “us”), you agree to these terms.
1. What we are — and are not
We are a referral service. We are not a lender, funder, or financial advisor. We do not make credit decisions, set rates or terms, or negotiate on your behalf, and we do not guarantee that any funding partner will approve or fund a request. Submitting your information is not an application for financing. Any financing agreement is solely between you and the funding partner.
2. No advice
Content on the Site is general information, not legal, tax, or financial advice. Evaluate any financing offer independently and consult your own advisors.
3. Your submissions
You agree that information you submit is accurate, that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of your business, and that we may share it with funding partners as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Funding partners
Funding partners are independent third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their products, terms, conduct, or privacy practices. Funding partners may pay us a referral fee when a referral results in funding. We do not set their rates or terms.
5. Site use
You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, submit false information, interfere with the Site’s operation, or scrape or copy its content for redistribution.
6. Intellectual property
The Site’s content, design, and name belong to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or any dealings with a funding partner. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for Deschutes County or in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the updated terms on this page and change the effective date above. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the updated terms.
